Hosting #
This website runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. To deliver a page to your browser, the web server necessarily processes your IP address when the page is accessed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No server log files are kept – your IP address and other access data are therefore not stored.
Contact by email #
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our mailbox is provided by mailbox.org (Heinlein Hosting GmbH, Berlin, Germany). We delete your message once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Retrieving €STR from the European Central Bank #
On some pages, your browser loads the current €STR directly from the European Central Bank’s data interface (data-api.ecb.europa.eu). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to the ECB. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in displaying up-to-date interest rate data from the original source (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Information on data protection at the ECB is available at ecb.europa.eu.
Chart from TradingView #
On the chart page, a price chart from TradingView (TradingView, Inc.) is only loaded when you click ‘Show chart’. Only then is data such as your IP address transmitted to TradingView; TradingView may also set cookies. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For details, see TradingView’s privacy policy.
Fonts #
The fonts used (Inter and Fraunces) are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when you open a page.
Your rights #
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing (Arts 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. If you have any questions, simply email the address given in the legal notice.
